The Woosh Clog Protection Plan 2023 (ASTORIA ONLY)
Annual Charge $185 (plus tax)
Small Drain Service $85 (plus tax)
Large Drain Service $135 (plus tax)
This promotion for the Astoria Area includes one FREE drain cleaning (any size) with The Woosh Clog Protection Plan subscription. Protect your home from clog issues with this flat-rate drain cleaning plan. Once paid, any drain cleaning thereafter would be a service charge depending on the size of the drain. Small drains (2 inches or smaller) would be the Small Drain Service Charge and any Large drains (larger than 2 inches) would be the Large Drain Service charge. The Woosh Clog Protection Plan protects your toilets, lavatories, bathtubs, showers, washing machine drains, kitchen sink drains, utility sink drains, floor drains and any fixture drain inside your home. Most importantly this plan also includes your home’s Main Sewer Drain. This plan is for residential properties (up to 3 family homes). Commercial Properties can also be covered for an extra price. *Important: The time limit for most jobs is 1 hour. If there is more time required to clear a drain, there may be an additional charge. This plan is for clearing clogged drains only. This plan does not cover broken drain lines or repairs to damaged drain pipes. If tree roots are an issue, then an additional charge for chemical treatment would be necessary. Any property with roots, grease problems, repeat clogs due to wipes or other “un-flushables” must be disclosed before the subscription starts. Fixture removal or replacement would be extra (For example: Resetting a Toilet). Our response time is typically within 2 hours during our business hours but may take up to 24 hours upon notification.
Any Emergency Service or Flooding/pumping water out is not included and will be extra depending on time involved.
Clogged Drains
We focus on unclogging drains. This type of work requires special equipment and skills. Because small clogs can become big problems, we stay local. We know that our response time can be critical and we aim to keep all our scheduled appointments.
Preventative Maintenance
When new customers tell us about repeat problems, we try to identify the type of clog. Sewer camera service is an option offered to our customers. We try to advise the best course of action based on proof because knowing the type of clog means knowing the solution too.
More Than Clogged Drains
We also can replace faucets, fixtures, steam radiators, steam valves, under sink drain replacement, HVAC maintenance, bathroom accessories, and we also provide filter cartridge maintenance. Anything else…just ask.
